Privacy Policy

How IP HOUSE CORP, the company behind Influity.ai, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information across our website, our client portal, our advertising and the social media channels we run.

Effective October 6, 2026
The short version

Four things to know before you read the rest.

We collect what you give us

Your name, company and contact details when you reach out, fill in a form or an ad lead form, or become a client. Card details go straight to Stripe, never to us.

We use it to talk to you and do the work

To answer inquiries, run and bill the channels we build for clients, keep our portal secure and measure our marketing.

We never sell your data

We share it only with the providers that run our site, payments and email, with ad and social platforms as described below, and when the law requires.

You are in control

Ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing and of any targeted advertising, at info@influity.ai.

1. Who we are

Influity.ai is operated by IP HOUSE CORP, a Florida corporation (registration no. P26000003738). In this policy, "Influity", "we", "us" and "our" mean IP HOUSE CORP. We are the data controller (or "business" under U.S. state privacy laws) for the personal information described here, except where we process information on behalf of a client, as explained in section 7.

Email: info@influity.ai

This policy applies to influity.ai and its subdomains, our client portal, our emails, our pages and advertisements on social media platforms (including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn), lead forms we run on those platforms, and any other place that links to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry details. When you fill in our contact form, request a call, message us or reply to an ad, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, your niche or industry, links to your existing channels, and anything you tell us about your goals.
  • Lead form submissions. If you submit a lead form hosted on a social platform (for example a Meta Lead Ad or a TikTok lead form), the platform sends us the fields you completed, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company and your answers to our questions.
  • Client account information. If you become a client, we create a portal account for you and collect your name, work email address, role, a password (stored only as a one-way hash) and the details of the company you represent.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly; we receive the payment status, the last four digits and card brand, your billing name, email and address, and invoice and receipt records. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Project materials. Brand assets, logos, product information, scripts and approvals, feedback, reference links, and any access you grant us to social media accounts so that we can build and run channels for you.
  • Communications. Emails, call notes, meeting recordings where you have agreed to them, portal comments, and direct messages or comments you send to our social media pages.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language, referring page, the pages you visit, and the date and time of each request. We use these for security, debugging and to understand how the site is used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Our client portal uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Our advertising and analytics partners may set cookies, pixels and similar identifiers as described in sections 4 and 8.
  • Advertising and measurement signals. When we run advertising, platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn may share with us aggregated or event-level information about how people interact with our ads and our site (for example that someone who saw an ad later visited our pricing page).

Information from other sources

  • Social media platforms. When you interact with our pages, posts, ads or AI influencer channels, the platform may share your public profile name, handle, profile picture, comments, reactions and messages with us under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Business contacts and referrals. If a partner, colleague or client introduces you to us, we may receive your name and contact details from them.
  • Public and professional sources. We may look at publicly available business information, such as your company website or professional profile, to understand whether our services are a fit for you.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries, schedule calls and tell you about our services;
  • assess fit, prepare proposals and onboard new clients;
  • provide, operate and secure our website and client portal, including signing you in and authorizing devices;
  • build, publish, manage and report on the channels we run for clients;
  • bill you, process payments, send invoices and receipts, and handle renewals;
  • send service messages, and marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out at any time, see section 10);
  • measure and improve our marketing, including measuring the performance of our ads and reaching people who are likely to be interested in our services;
  • detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and protect our rights.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where these laws apply, we rely on: contract (to provide services you have asked for), legitimate interests (to run and protect our business, respond to you, and market our services to business contacts in ways you would reasonably expect), consent (for non-essential cookies, pixels and marketing where consent is required; you may withdraw it at any time), and legal obligation (tax, accounting and compliance).

4. Advertising, pixels and audiences

We promote Influity through paid and organic activity on social media and search platforms. To measure that activity and show relevant ads, we may use the following tools on our site and in our marketing. At the date of this policy our website pages load no third-party analytics or advertising pixels; if we add any, this section governs their use and we will update the date at the top of this page.

  • Pixels and server-side events such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, the TikTok Pixel and Events API, Google Ads and Google Analytics tags, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These record actions such as page views, form submissions and button clicks and send them, together with a cookie identifier, your IP address and browser information, to the platform. Platforms may match this data to your account with them.
  • Custom and matched audiences. We may upload hashed email addresses or phone numbers of people who have contacted us, or who are existing clients, to an advertising platform so that we can show them relevant ads, exclude them from campaigns, or reach people with similar characteristics (lookalike audiences). The platform deletes the hashed data after matching, under its own terms.
  • Platform insights. We use the aggregated audience and performance reporting that each platform provides to page and ad account owners.

Each platform acts under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see through your account settings on each platform, including Meta Ad preferences, Google My Ad Center, TikTok's "Ads" settings, and LinkedIn's advertising settings, and through industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser (section 8) and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising as described in section 11.

5. Lead ads, messages and comments on social platforms

When you complete a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or another platform, the platform collects your answers and transfers them to us. We use them only to contact you about the services you asked about, to assess fit, and for the related purposes in section 3. We handle platform lead data in line with each platform's lead ads terms, we do not sell it, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes (see section 9).

Comments, reactions and direct messages you send to our pages or to the AI influencer channels we operate are governed by the platform's terms. We read and respond to them, may moderate or hide content that breaks platform rules, and may use anonymised themes from them to improve our content. We do not use your messages to build profiles about you for purposes unrelated to the conversation.

6. Platform data and connected social accounts

To build and run channels, our clients may connect their social media accounts to us or grant us roles on their business assets (for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a TikTok or YouTube channel). Through platform tools and APIs, including Meta's Graph API, we then access data the platform provides to page and channel managers: content, scheduling, insights and analytics, follower counts, comments and messages.

We use this data only to provide the services the client has engaged us for, to report performance back to the client, and to maintain the security of the account. We do not sell platform data, do not use it to build advertising profiles of individual users, do not use it to make eligibility decisions about anyone, and do not combine it with other sources except as needed to deliver the client's service. We retain it only as long as the engagement requires and delete it, or return it to the client, when the engagement ends or the client disconnects the account, subject to the platform's own retention requirements. If a platform asks us to delete data because a user has removed our access, we comply promptly.

The influencer personas we create are synthetic. We do not collect or process biometric identifiers (such as faceprints or voiceprints) of real people to create them, and we do not use the likeness of a real individual without that person's written agreement.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following ways:

  • Service providers that help us run our business and act on our instructions, including Vercel (website and portal hosting), Neon (database hosting), Cloudflare (file storage and content delivery), Stripe (payments and invoicing), Resend (transactional email), Google (web fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads), scheduling, video conferencing, collaboration and productivity tools, and the AI content and video generation tools we use to produce channel content. Where we use AI tools, we do not feed them personal information about you beyond what is needed to produce the content you have commissioned.
  • Social media and advertising platforms, as described in sections 4 to 6, and when we publish content or manage channels on a client's behalf.
  • Our clients. If you interact with a channel we run for a client, we report on that channel to the client, usually in aggregated form. If you message a client's channel, the client may see your message.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, court order or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Influity, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction or consent.

When we process personal information on behalf of a client (for example data from a client's connected social accounts, or a client's customer list), the client is the controller and we act as its processor or service provider under our agreement with the client. Requests about that data should be directed to the client; we will help the client respond.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them as follows:

CookieSet byPurposeTypeDuration

Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to the portal. Our marketing site has no login and works without cookies.

9. How long we keep information

  • Inquiries and leads that do not become clients: up to 72 months (6 years) after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client account and project data: for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards, so we can honour our agreement and defend our rights.
  • Billing records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting.
  • Platform and connected-account data: as set out in section 6.
  • Server logs: typically 30 to 90 days.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where it is needed for an ongoing dispute. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

10. Marketing communications, calls and texts

We may email or call business contacts about our services where permitted by law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing info@influity.ai. We will still send service messages such as invoices and security notices.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will text you only about your inquiry or your account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Your mobile number and your text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • object to, or restrict, certain processing, including processing for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of the "sale" of personal information, of "sharing" or processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information in the ordinary course of business);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email info@influity.ai with the subject line "Privacy request", call (786) 741-7984, or write to the address in section 1. We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching the email address we hold for you or asking a few questions about your interactions with us. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask the agent for proof of authority and may still verify your identity directly. We respond within the time the applicable law allows (45 days in most U.S. states, one month in the EEA and UK), and we will tell you if we need more time. If we refuse a request we will explain why and how to appeal, by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal".

United States residents (California, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other states)

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, professional information, and the content of communications) for the purposes in section 3, and disclosed them to the service providers and partners in section 7. We do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly collect personal information about anyone under 16. If we deploy advertising pixels or matched audiences (section 4), that activity may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws; you can opt out at any time by emailing info@influity.ai with the subject line "Do not sell or share", and we treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser it comes from.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

12. Security

We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit (TLS) for our site and portal, encrypted storage with our hosting providers, hashed passwords, role-based access that is scoped to the minimum each team member needs, device authorisation for internal tooling, and payment processing that keeps card details with Stripe rather than with us. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

13. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers store and process data primarily in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and on service providers' participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available.

14. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third-party sites and platforms

Our site and channels link to third-party websites and platforms, and content we publish appears on platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read. This policy does not apply to them.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is material we will give more prominent notice, for example by email to clients or a notice on our site. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
